We also developed a pre-fabricated pic shelter solution to go with the restrooms and installed concurrently – delivering significant cost savings. The shelters are a pre-cast slab and pre-fab structure with anti-theft fixings. The picnic furniture was pre-fabricated – pre-cast concrete components cast in fibreglass moulds for ultra-smooth surface finish. The assembly of the furniture included extreme anti-theft features – all completely concealed. An anti-graffiti coating was then applied.
